The following is a list of websites I have deployed and maintained. Various SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Online Marketing techniques were performed to advance each website in the search rankings (SEPR) and to increase overall traffic to each website.

John in Japan

John in Japan was a personal online blog and picture website with information specific to Okinawa and Japan posted regularly. Website contained a community picture gallery as well as basic social media components that were new at that time. (2007) At its peak this website was pulling 3000 visitors per day. Website was sold in mid 2007 to an undisclosed travel agency.

HDR Japan

Features content in the form of researched articles and amazing pictures that keep the site growing and gaining more and more exposure and backlinks. Built with standard things built in like RSS Feeds, Member blogging system, Google Mapping System, Multi-Language Translator, Ajax Tagging (real time) component, etc.

 Website also has an automated system setup whereby you can automatically let advertisers pay you and manage their on-site advertising. You don't have to do anything but collect payment.

Okinawa HDR

Okinawa HDR was established as an online community for people to share their pictures of Okinawa. The website was also used to pool together talent for MCCS Okinawa's Under 21 Magazine by providing a place for local students to post their images for the Art Director and Director of Photography to review and communicate back and forth with. The website is still online and attracts some traffic, but is largely not utilized anymore. Small SEO efforts were put in to establish some ranking with search engines, SEO/SEPR/Marketing efforts have ceased even though the website is still online.

Okinawa Pictures

Okinawa Pictures was set up as a first attempt to bridge MCCS Okinawa's Okinawa Living Magazine Parting Shot page with the web. Members would upload images that the community would vote on each month, with the winning images going into final review and possible selection for publishing in the monthly magazine.
